Terms

01General provisions

• The program lets customers earn benefits when buying Banh-Mi-Ba products, mainly in the form of credits, rewards and member offers.
• Participation in the program is voluntary and free.
• By joining the program, the customer agrees to these terms.

02Account creation and customer identification

• The customer joins the program by creating an account through online registration (QR code or the link banhmiba.kilomayo.app). The account is kept under the customer’s e-mail address.
• A digital Crunchy Club membership card is linked to the account — usually a QR code (optionally in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet).
• At purchase, the customer is identified by scanning this QR code or by logging into the account.

03Credits

• For every 20 Kč paid for a purchase, the customer earns 1 credit.
• Credits are awarded only when the purchase is linked to a customer account (e.g. by scanning the membership card QR code).
• Credits cannot be awarded retroactively without customer identification at the time of purchase.
• Some products or promotional offers may be excluded from earning credits.
• Credits have unlimited validity — they do not expire. Credits are redeemed at an exchange rate of credits for rewards according to the current program offer.

04Rewards, offers and coupons

• Collected credits can be redeemed across the whole menu. Exclusive weekly offers, however, are available only to program members.
• After completing registration, a new member receives a welcome reward (a free Ba-Limo).
• The program includes exclusive member offers (e.g. a 1+1 combo — baguette + Ba-Limo) that may change regularly, usually on a weekly basis.
• Each reward or coupon: has a limited validity period, may be restricted to specific products or locations, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

05Using the program

• The membership QR code can be used to collect credits and redeem rewards at the Jindřišská, Thámova and Westfield Černý Most branches.
• At the Hlavní nádraží and Václav Havel Airport branches, the customer receives a 10% discount on the purchase upon showing the QR code.
• Usage conditions may differ between individual branches.

06Restrictions and misuse

The operator reserves the right to:

• refuse to honor benefits in the event of program misuse,
• block or cancel a customer account,
• limit the number of accounts per person.

Misuse includes in particular:

• creating duplicate accounts,
• circumventing the program rules,
• manipulating credits, coupons or rewards.

07Complaints

• In the event of discrepancies (e.g. credits not awarded or a coupon not honored), the customer may contact customer support at vzkazpro@banhmiba.com.
• The data recorded in the systems of the operator and its partners is decisive.

08Changes to the program

The operator reserves the right to change the program conditions at any time, adjust the rules for earning and redeeming credits, or change the rules for rewards and coupons. Customers will be informed of significant changes in an appropriate manner.

09Ending participation

• The customer may end their participation in the program at any time by cancelling their account.
• The operator may terminate a customer’s participation particularly in the event of a breach of these terms.

10Final provisions

• These terms govern the operation of the Crunchy Club loyalty program.
• The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document, the Privacy Policy.
